(No Audio) Scientists in Israel taught goldfish to drive a car on land. The car is called a fish-operated vehicle, or FOV. It has a fish tank, camera, and a wheel on each side. The fish steer the car by swimming in the direction they want the car to move. The scientists gave the fish a food reward if they drove the car to a pink stripe on the wall. Over several days, the fish became very good at driving the car to the target. They even learned to steer around objects and walls to get to the stripe. The test showed that ocean animals can learn to find their way land. Not bad for a fish out of water!
